Chris provides healthcare and performance programs that not many can offer; he is a medical exercise, pain and injury specialist. He evaluates the body for imbalance and dysfunction and has a gift for relieving pain instantly. His approach combines hands-on, muscle-balancing techniques with an evidence-based exercise system.
Chris' clients include a wide range of people -- from elite athletes to people recovering from serious injury (post rehab) and everyone in between. His goal is to create customized long-term programs for each of his clients, while sharing his passion to help others achieve their goals.
From 2002 - 2005, Chris was the director of exercise rehab and muscle therapy at Fremont Chiropractic for Dr. Collins, where he specialized in spinal post-rehabilitation. He studied exercise science at the University of California at Davis and also apprenticed with an acupuncturist/posture specialist and a chiropractor.
Chris has been an ACE-certified personal trainer and massage therapist. He is also certified as a medical exercise specialist by the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehab Professionals (AAHFRP). |
